Two years ago I had a huge wakeup call. I woke up and my hair was falling out! I had an autoimmune disease triggered by stress. Alopecia helped me to realise that I need to slow my life down, stop working so hard and do something I loved. So I picked up a paint brush and started painting. I haven't stopped since.  I have many styles that come out of me and I think it's great to let your subconscious guide you, rather than feel stuck in a certain style.

 

Painting was (and still is) my therapy. Paintings hold vibrations. Painting is my meditation. I only started sharing my work once I had too many to fit into my home. I love sharing my work and would love to hold workshops with people in need who would like to use painting as their therapy.
