Pauline Rutten

Pauline lives in the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW, Australia and has enjoyed craft in some form or another since she can remember.

Knitting, crochet, tapestry, macramé and more have all been a part of her life since she was very young and over the years has developed her talents and love for art and craft even further.

In 2010 Pauline decided to try china painting – after joining a china painting class she loved it – winning First Prize and Standard of Excellence Award, for her division, at the prestigious ‘Sydney Royal Arts and Crafts Show’ in 2017.

Due to allergies from paint products, beading has now become Pauline’s passion and from 2018 has created many pieces of jewellery using pearls, crystals and especially small seed beads.

Pauline continues to experiment with various crafts and enjoys the challenge and the discovery of various ways to create.
